  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker. Pour 1 3/4 cups (400 ml) water into the base, set the steamer colander over it and cover. Microwave at full power (1000 W) for 8 to 10 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165 °F (74 °C). Let cool and cut into small chunks.

  2. Cut the egg into wedges with the Slice N Wedge fitted with the wedge insert.

  3. In the Tupperware Quick Shake container, layer from the bottom up: dressing, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, feta, egg and lettuce. Seal and keep in the fridge until needed.

  4. To serve, shake the container until everything is coated in dressing, then tip into a bowl.
