Shredded Teriyaki Chicken

Method

  1. Crush the garlic with the Tupperware Garlic Press straight into the Tupperware Quick Shake Container. Add the other sauce ingredients, seal and shake until smooth. The sauce can wait in the fridge until needed.

  2. Put the chicken in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker and pour over enough sauce to cover it. Fit and lock the cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 minutes.

  3. Let the pressure drop naturally and wait until the indicator is fully down before opening.

  4. Shred the chicken with two forks, stir it through the sauce and serve warm.
