  1. Put the meatballs and 1 cup (250 ml) broth in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker.

  2. Whisk the flour, sugar and Worcestershire sauce into the remaining broth in a microwave-safe jug. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 30 seconds, until the flour has dissolved, then pour it over the meatballs and stir.

  3. Fit and lock the cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 minutes. Let the pressure drop naturally before opening.

  4. Stir in the cream, salt and pepper. Serve over mashed potatoes or with the side of your choice.
