  1. In the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker, stir together the tomato sauce, stock, water, garlic, cumin and onion.

  2. Add the noodles, then fit and lock the cover. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 minutes and let the pressure drop naturally before opening.

  3. Stir in the salt and lime juice. Serve hot, topped with goat cheese, cilantro, avocado and lime wedges.
