  1. Slice the donut in half horizontally and butter the cut sides.

  2. Place one half, buttered side down, in the Tupperware MicroPro Grill. Scatter the cheddar over it and top with the other half, buttered side up.

  3. Put the cover on in the grill position and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 2 minutes 30 seconds.

  4. Turn the sandwich over and microwave for 30 seconds more at 1000 W. Leave to cool for a minute before eating, as the glaze gets very hot.
