Marsala-Marinated Burgers with Onions
Beef burgers soaked for several hours in a garlicky Marsala and balsamic marinade, then served with the onions reduced in that same liquid. The Hamburger Press gives four even patties, the Season-Serve lets you marinate both sides without handling the meat, and the MicroPro Grill cooks them in the microwave.

Method
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide it between the 4 keepers of the Tupperware Hamburger Press and press each portion into a patty. Keep in the fridge while you make the marinade.
Put the garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, parsley, cloves, olive oil, Marsala and balsamic vinegar in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade. Close and pull the cord until the garlic is finely minced.
Pour the marinade into the base of the Tupperware Season-Serve, add the onions and lay the patties on top. Seal and refrigerate for 3 hours, then turn the container over and refrigerate for 3 hours more, or overnight.
Lift the patties out of the marinade. Place 2 in the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, set the cover in the low grill position and microwave for 4 minutes at 900 W. Turn the patties and cook 4 minutes more at 900 W. Repeat with the other 2 patties.
While the burgers cook, tip the marinade and onions into a non-stick frying pan and bring to the boil. Lower to medium heat and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring now and then, until the liquid is syrupy and the onions are soft.
Put the burgers in the buns and spoon the Marsala onions over them.
