Crustless Zucchini Quiche

  1. Wash and dry the zucchini, cut it into 2 in (5 cm) lengths and slice them thinly on the Tupperware Mandoline.

  2. In the Tupperware Mix-N-Stor Pitcher, whisk the eggs, cream, Parmesan and flour with salt and pepper. Fold in the zucchini with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula until every slice is coated.

  3. Set the Tupperware Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and pour in the mixture.

  4. Put the cover on in the casserole position and microwave for 9-11 minutes at 50% power (about 450 W).

  5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then lift off the ring and slide the quiche out with the spatula.
