Four Seasons Pizza Cones

The four seasons pizza reworked as a cone: a Parmesan-crusted dough shell filled with tomato sauce, mozzarella, artichoke, ham, mushrooms and olives, then returned to the oven until the cheese melts. The Cornets Party cones shape the dough so the filling stays inside.

Method

  1. Stir the yeast and sugar into the warm water and leave for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the olive oil, salt and flour and knead into a smooth dough.

  3. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Roll the dough into a square of about 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 in) and cut it into bands with the Tupperware Cornets Party strip cutter, or into 4 triangles. Wrap them around the cones, sealing the edges and tip well.

  4. Brush with the oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for about 10 minutes, then slide off the cones and leave to cool.

  5. Mix the tomato sauce, mozzarella, artichokes, ham, mushrooms and olives, fill the cones and bake for about 7 minutes more. Serve hot.
