Method

  1. Put the spaghetti in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pasta Maker, add water up to the maximum line and microwave on high (1000 W) for 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, put the garlic in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact and pull the cord until finely minced.

  3. When the pasta is cooked, drain it through the cover, keeping 1 cup (240 ml) of the cooking water.

  4. Add the garlic, butter, lemon juice, salt and reserved water to the hot pasta straight away. Cover, leave for 5 minutes so the butter melts, then toss well. Serve warm with Parmesan and herbs.
