Garlic Bread Stuffing with Chicken

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Set the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet on a metal baking tray, spread the bread cubes over it and toast for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until dry and firm. Let cool and lower the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

  2. Melt the butter in the Tupperware Universal Fry Pan over medium heat and cook the onion and celery for about 5 minutes, until translucent. Add the sage and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Take off the heat, stir in the stock and season.

  3. Put the toasted bread in a Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3.5 l, pour over the stock mixture and toss until soaked. Mix in the eggs and chicken.

  4. Spread the mixture in the Tupperware Ultra Pro lasagna pan and bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more, until browned and crisp on top. Serve warm.
