  1. Put the chicken, bell pepper, onion and garlic in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill. Set the cover on top in the grill position and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 4 minutes.

  2. Drain off the liquid, stir to move the pieces around and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 3 minutes more.

  3. Meanwhile, stir the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, stock, cornstarch, oregano and salt together in a medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl.

  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, put the cover back in the grill position and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 3 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
