French Onion Burgers
Burgers inspired by French onion soup: the beef is seasoned with onion soup mix, and each patty is topped with cheese and slow-cooked onions finished with balsamic vinegar. The Hamburger Press shapes six patties of the same size and thickness, so they all cook in the same time.

Method
In a Tupperware Fix N Mix Bowl, mix the beef, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then take it out in time to come to room temperature before cooking.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add the onions and salt and toss to coat. Pour in the broth, turn the heat to low and cook for about 45 minutes, stirring from time to time, until deep brown.
For the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, add the balsamic vinegar and scrape the bottom of the pan. Transfer the onions to a container, let the pan cool and wipe it clean.
Divide the beef into 6 equal portions and shape each into a patty with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.
Heat the clean pan over medium heat, with a little oil if needed. Cook 3 patties for 2-3 minutes, turn them, cook 1-2 minutes, then lay the cheese on top, cover and cook for 1 minute more. Check the centre with a thermometer: 130-135 °F (54-57 °C) for medium-rare, 140-145 °F (60-63 °C) for medium, 150-155 °F (65-68 °C) for medium-well, 160-165 °F (71-74 °C) for well-done. Repeat with the other patties.
Let the burgers rest for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the mayonnaise, mustard and garlic together in a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl Extra Mini.
Spread the Dijon mayo on the buns, add a patty, pile on the onions and finish with any extra toppings.
