  1. Put the grape jelly, barbecue sauce, beef stock and cranberry juice in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker and stir until blended. Add the frozen meatballs and turn them in the sauce.

  2. Fit the cover, lock it and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 15 minutes.

  3. Leave the pressure to drop on its own before opening. Stir and serve with rice or mashed potatoes, or on cocktail sticks as an appetizer.
