Goat's Cheese and Walnut Hearts

Savoury cakes for an aperitif or a starter, made with crumbled Crottin de Chavignol, grated cheese and walnut oil. The Turbo Chopper chops the walnuts in a few pulls, and the mini heart silicone mould gives neat individual portions.

Method

  1. Take the rack out of the oven and heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

  2. In the Tupperware 2 l bowl, stir the flour, baking powder and Gruyère together with the Silicone Spatula. Add the walnut oil and eggs and mix again.

  3. Mash the goat's cheese with a fork in a small bowl and stir it into the batter.

  4. Chop the walnuts in the Tupperware Turbo Chopper, add them to the batter, season with salt and pepper and mix.

  5. Set the Tupperware mini heart silicone mould on the cold oven rack, fill the cavities and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. Leave to cool slightly before turning out and serving.
