Method

  1. Break the white chocolate into the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l and melt for about 2 minutes at 360 W, stirring halfway. Pour it onto the Tupperware rimmed silicone baking sheet.

  2. Break 350 g (12 oz) of the dark chocolate into the clean pitcher and melt for about 4 1/2 minutes at 360 W, stirring halfway. Stir in the remaining 150 g (5 oz) until smooth; if needed, heat again in 15-second bursts at 360 W.

  3. Spread the dark chocolate over the white, then draw swirls through both with a chopstick or the Silicone Spatula to marble them partly.

  4. Roughly chop the toppings, scatter them over the chocolate and press lightly so they stick. Chill for at least 1 hour.

  5. Lift the slab off the sheet and break it into pieces of any size.
