  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Beat the soft butter with the sugar in the Tupperware Speedy Chef until creamy.

  2. Add the egg and vanilla and whisk again. Mix in the flour, bicarbonate and salt, then the chocolate chips.

  3. Set the Tupperware silicone tart mould on the cold oven rack. Press half the dough evenly over the base.

  4. Break the chocolate into large chunks and arrange them in the centre with the whole raspberries, leaving a 2 cm (3/4 in) border. Cover with the rest of the dough.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden on top but still soft in the centre.

  6. Leave to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before turning out, and serve warm while the centre is still runny.
