Chestnut Heart Cake with Chocolate Glaze
A dense, moist cake built on a tin of vanilla chestnut spread, lightened with whisked egg whites and finished with a shiny dark chocolate glaze. The silicone heart mould goes straight onto the oven rack, and the glaze is melted in the MicroCook Pitcher at low power so the chocolate never scorches.

Method
Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F), conventional setting. Whisk the egg whites to firm peaks in the Tupperware Speedy Chef.
In the Tupperware 2 l mixing bowl, whisk the chestnut spread with the egg yolks, soft butter and flour until smooth.
Fold in the egg whites gently. Set the Tupperware silicone heart mould on the cold oven rack and pour in the batter.
Bake on a low shelf for 45 minutes. Leave the cake to cool completely before turning it out.
For the glaze, put the chocolate and butter in pieces in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l and melt for about 2 minutes at 360 W. Leave for 1 minute, then stir; if lumps remain, heat again in 30-second bursts at 360 W.
Stir in the icing sugar, which will make the mixture grainy, then add the water little by little, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Pour the glaze over the cake on a wire rack and leave for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly. Decorate as you like.
