  1. Put all the ingredients in a Tupperware Thatsa Mini Bowl (or Extra Mini Bowl) and stir until evenly combined.

  2. If the dip is too thick, loosen it with 1 to 2 tsp more olive oil.

  3. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top if you like, then seal and chill until serving.
