Kale and Apple Chopped Salad

A crunchy raw salad of kale, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, carrot, apple, celery and walnuts, all cut into small even pieces and dressed with a maple-mustard vinaigrette. The SuperSonic Chopper Tall does the fine chopping in a few pulls per ingredient.

  1. Put the kale in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall, close it and pull the cord until finely chopped. Tip it into a serving bowl.

  2. Chop the cabbage, sprouts, carrot, apple, celery and walnuts the same way, one at a time, adding each to the bowl.

  3. Add the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup and mustard, season with salt and pepper and toss until every piece is coated.
