Citrus Shrimp Salad

Method

  1. Toss the shrimp with the juice of half the lemon, half the lime and half the orange and put them in the shielded colander of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker.

  2. Fill the base with water to the maximum steaming line, set the colander on top, cover with the shielded cover and microwave for 7 minutes at full power (1000 W). Leave covered for 5 minutes, then drain.

  3. While the shrimp cook, combine the cucumber, tomato, onion and cilantro in a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl and squeeze in the juice of the remaining citrus halves.

  4. Add the shrimp, avocado and salt, toss gently and chill until ready to serve.
