  1. Pour 3 tbsp water into each egg insert of the Tupperware Microwave Breakfast Maker, making sure the fill line is fully covered.

  2. Set the inserts in the Breakfast Maker and crack 1 egg into each. Put the cover on.

  3. Microwave at full power (1000 W) for 50 to 70 seconds: the shorter time gives a runny yolk, the longer a set one. Lower-wattage ovens need the upper end of the range.

  4. Lift the eggs out of the inserts, blot them on paper towel and serve on toast.
