Method

  1. Split the muffins and toast them in a toaster, or in the oven at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned.

  2. Pour the egg whites into the Tupperware Microwave Breakfast Maker and microwave at 70% power (700 W) for 3 to 4 minutes, until cooked through. If you are using two Breakfast Makers at once, allow 4 minutes.

  3. Let the muffins and egg cool. Halve the cooked egg white and place one half on the bottom of each muffin, then add a slice of cheese and the meat and close with the muffin top.

  4. Pack the sandwiches into a Tupperware Freezer Mate container and freeze for up to 1 month.

  5. To reheat, put a frozen sandwich in the Breakfast Maker, cover and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 2 minutes. Turn it over and heat 1 minute more, then set it on a paper towel briefly to absorb any moisture before eating.
