Homemade Toaster Pastries

Method
Put the flour, sugar and salt in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade and add half the butter. Close and pull the cord until the butter is the size of small peas. Repeat with the rest of the butter.
Tip the mixture into a medium bowl, stir in the egg and add cold water only if needed to bring the dough together. Cover and chill for about 1 hour, until firm.
Heat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Dust the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim with flour and roll the dough out on it as thinly as you can, 1/8 to 1/4 in (3 to 6 mm). Straighten the edges with the Silicone Spatula to make a large rectangle.
Cut the dough into 10 equal rectangles, re-rolling the scraps if needed. Put 1 tbsp jam on half of them, brush the edges with milk, cover with the remaining rectangles and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with milk, prick each pastry 2 or 3 times with a fork and add sprinkles if you like. Set the silicone sheet on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
