Homemade Jam-Filled Cereal Bars
Soft breakfast bars made from an oat, whole wheat and honey dough, folded around a spoonful of jam or chopped strawberries. The dough is rolled, cut and baked on the same Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim, and the SuperSonic Chopper Tall grinds the oats first so the dough rolls out smoothly.

Method
Put the oats in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade, close it and pull the cord until they are finely ground. If using strawberries, chop them the same way afterwards.
Mix the ground oats, both flours, the salt and the baking powder in a Thatsa Bowl. In a small bowl, stir the egg, melted butter, vanilla and honey together, pour into the dry ingredients and mix to a dough.
Roll the dough out on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim to about 1/4 in (6 mm) thick. Trim the edges straight with the edge of the Silicone Spatula, then mark out as many 3 1/2 x 4 in (8 x 10 cm) rectangles as you can, re-rolling the offcuts.
Spread 1 tbsp jam or chopped strawberries over each rectangle, fold it in three to enclose the filling and press the ends gently to seal.
Heat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Set the bars on the silicone sheet over a baking tray, sprinkle with oats if you like and bake for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
