Method

  1. Cut the zucchini into noodles with the Tupperware Spiralizer.

  2. Shape the noodles into a round nest in each side of the base of the Tupperware Microwave Breakfast Maker. Pour 1 tsp water over each nest, cover and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 90 seconds.

  3. Break an egg into the centre of each nest and prick the yolk with a toothpick. Cover and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on how runny you like the yolk.

  4. Leave to stand, covered, for 2 minutes.

  5. Lift the nests carefully onto plates, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil if you like and serve.
