Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Lay the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a metal baking sheet.

  2. In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, beat the butter and both sugars with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula until creamy. Add the vanilla and egg and mix again.

  3. Stir in the flour, oats and chocolate chips, if using, until the dough holds together.

  4. Drop scoops of dough onto the silicone sheet with the medium Tupperware Portioning Scoop, leaving space between them.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes; the centres should still look slightly underdone, as they finish setting on the tray. Bake the remaining dough the same way and serve warm or at room temperature.
