Ingredients

Method

  1. Take the rack out of the oven and heat the oven to 120 °F (50 °C).

  2. In the large Tupperware Wonderlier Bowl, mix the warm water and milk, sprinkle in the yeast and leave for 10 minutes.

  3. Add the flour, egg, sugar, salt and butter and mix with a Tupperware Silicone Spatula, then knead into a smooth, firm ball, adding a little flour if it sticks. Seal the bowl and leave in a warm place until the seal pops open, about 30 minutes.

  4. Put the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on the cold oven rack. Knead the dough briefly, divide it into 4 equal pieces, shape them into round buns and set them on the sheet.

  5. Cover with a clean cotton towel, slide the rack into the warm oven and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Take the rack and buns out, remove the towel and raise the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Once it is hot, bake for about 20 minutes.

  7. Brush the tops with egg white, sprinkle with seeds and bake for 5 minutes more.
