Tuna Club Sandwich Cones
Sandwich bread flattened, rolled into cones and toasted, then filled like a club sandwich with leaves, a creamy tuna mixture and cherry tomatoes. The Cornets Party cones hold the bread in shape in the oven so it sets into a crisp, sturdy shell.

Method
Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Cut each one into a quarter-circle and roll it around a Tupperware Cornets Party cone. Seal the edges with 5 ml (1 tsp) cream cheese and press firmly.
Bake for about 8 minutes, working in batches if needed. Slide the bread cones off the moulds and leave them to cool.
In a bowl, combine the tuna, the rest of the cream cheese, the chives and the finely sliced onion and pepper.
Line the cold cones with salad leaves, spoon in the tuna mixture and finish with the cherry tomatoes, cut in pieces.
