Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).

  2. Cut the pastry into bands with the Tupperware Cornets Party strip cutter and wind them around the 4 cones, pressing the joins and tip together.

  3. Brush with egg wash, dust with paprika and bake for about 10 minutes (or microwave for about 6 minutes at 360 W, with a 1-minute rest halfway). Let the pastry cool a little, slide it off the cones and keep it warm.

  4. Mix the lardons with the sliced onion and microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 W. Drain, then gently stir in the egg, cream, finely chopped parsley and Gruyère.

  5. Oil the inside of the empty cones, spoon in the filling and stand them point down in narrow glasses. Microwave for about 3 minutes at 360 W.

  6. Slide the set filling into the pastry cones and serve immediately.
