Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

  2. Cut each brick pastry sheet in half, then fold each half in two to make a triangle. Brush with melted butter, wrap each triangle around a Tupperware Cornets Party cone and hold it in place with a cocktail stick. Bake for about 4 minutes.

  3. Microwave the chocolate, broken into pieces, for about 2 minutes at 360 W. Leave for 1 minute and stir. Remove the cocktail sticks and brush the outside of the cones with about 20 g (3/4 oz) of the chocolate.

  4. Sprinkle the chocolate coating with the coconut and put the cones in the fridge.

  5. Stir the cream into the remaining warm chocolate (about 30 g / 1 oz). Peel, core and finely dice the pears, fold them in and fill the cones.
