Method

  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).

  2. Sprinkle the paprika over the pastry and spread it evenly with a brush.

  3. Cut the pastry into bands with the Tupperware Cornets Party strip cutter and wind them around the 4 cones, pressing the joins and tip firmly to seal.

  4. Bake for about 12 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes, then slide the pastry off the cones.

  5. Whip the mascarpone and cream together until they hold soft peaks. Peel and finely chop the carrots and fold them in with half the dill, chopped, the horseradish and a little salt.

  6. Fill the cones and top with the remaining sprigs of dill.
