  1. Place the ice cream scoops on one waffle, cover with the second waffle and press down gently. Freeze for about 10 minutes to firm up.

  2. Meanwhile, put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 2-cup (500 ml). Microwave at full power (1000 W maximum) in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.

  3. Dip the sandwich into the melted chocolate and serve straight away, as the shell sets within seconds.
