Apple and Prune Tian with Cinnamon

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. Peel the apples with the Tupperware peeler, halve and core them, then slice them thinly with the Tupperware Chef Series paring knife. Cut the prunes into small pieces.

  3. Spread a third of the apple slices in the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l. Scatter over half the prunes and a little sugar and cinnamon. Repeat, then finish with the last of the apples and sugar.

  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour.

  5. Leave to cool until just warm before serving.
