Rosemary Roast Beef

A simple roast of beef brushed with rosemary and olive oil and cooked fast in a very hot oven. The empty Ultra Pro is preheated first, so the meat sears as soon as it touches the hot lid, and closing the dish keeps the roast juicy.

  1. Heat the oven to 250 °C (480 °F). Put the empty Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l in the oven for 8 minutes to heat through.

  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the rosemary and mix it with the olive oil and pepper in the Tupperware bowl 650 ml.

  3. Brush the rosemary oil all over the beef with the Tupperware silicone brush.

  4. Take the hot Ultra Pro out of the oven, lay the beef in the upturned lid and cover it with the base. Roast for 25 minutes for rare meat, or 30 minutes for medium.

  5. Rest the beef for 10 minutes, sprinkle lightly with flaky salt and carve into thin slices.
