  1. Heat the oven to 250 °C (480 °F).

  2. Slice the mozzarella thinly with the Tupperware Chef Series paring knife, aiming for at least 12 slices per ball.

  3. Lay an escalope flat and cover it with basil leaves. Add 3 or 4 slices of mozzarella and a slice of Parma ham, then roll it up carefully. Repeat with the remaining escalopes and place the rolls in the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l.

  4. Season lightly with salt and with pepper, then top each roll with one more slice of mozzarella.

  5. Cover the Ultra Pro and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for 5 minutes more to brown the cheese. Serve straight away.
