Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Warm the olive oil in the Tupperware Chef Series 4.8 l sauteuse pan over medium heat.

  2. Put the onion, carrot and bell pepper in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra, close it and pull the cord until finely chopped. Cook the vegetables in the pan until soft and translucent.

  3. Add the chipotle seasoning, salt, pepper, crushed tomatoes and beans, stir well and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Stir in the lime juice and take the pan off the heat.

  4. In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl Jr, make up both boxes of corn muffin batter as directed on the packet. Spread the batter over the chili so it covers the whole surface.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cornbread is set and golden. Take the pan out carefully, as the handles will be hot, and serve.
