  1. For the corn, stir the green chilies, cream cheese and corn together in a small bowl and spoon the mixture into the 750 ml casserole cover of the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker.

  2. For the chicken, put the slices in the 1.75 l casserole, season with the salt and toss them in the flour. Add the lemon juice, capers and white wine, keeping the butter aside.

  3. For the rice, mix the rice, water, garlic, tomatoes, salt and parsley in the 3 l casserole.

  4. Set the 1.75 l casserole on the 3 l casserole and top with the inverted cover holding the corn. Microwave at full power (1000 W) for 15 to 20 minutes, until the chicken and rice are cooked through.

  5. Stir the butter into the chicken sauce and serve the three dishes hot.
