Method
Mix all the cake ingredients, in the order listed, until the batter is smooth.
Oil the Tupperware Baking Ring and set it in the centre of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill. Weigh 200 g of batter into the ring, level it with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula and cook for about 3 minutes at 900 W with the lid in the high position.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes, then turn the layer out onto a rack to cool. Clean and oil the ring and repeat 3 times with the remaining batter.
Put the cream and the chocolate, broken into pieces, in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l and heat for about 2 1/2 minutes at 360 W. Leave to stand for 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
Stack the layers, spreading about 2 tbsp of ganache between each. Cover the top with the rest of the ganache, then spread it gently and evenly down the sides.
Set the cake on a serving plate and press the chocolate balls onto it, working from the bottom up and finishing on top; the ganache holds them as it cools. Refrigerate until serving.
