Dulce de Leche Popcorn
Popcorn glazed with warm dulce de leche and a pinch of baking soda, which keeps the coating light. The WOW Popcorn Maker is used twice: first to pop the kernels without oil, then to heat the dulce de leche and toss it with the popcorn.

Method
Tip the kernels on their own into the Tupperware WOW Popcorn Maker, with the glass plate in the base. Fit the lid with its printed circles lined up over the holes in the base so steam can escape.
Pop on the highest setting (no more than 1000 W) for roughly 3 minutes, stopping when you hear only one pop every 2 seconds or so. Timing varies a little from one microwave to another.
Give it a shake, then invert the popcorn maker, lid in place, to let the unpopped kernels drop out through the base.
Tip the popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
Put the dulce de leche and bicarbonate of soda in the empty popcorn maker, stir with the Tupperware Slim Silicone Spatula and heat for about 1 minute at 600 W.
Return the popcorn to the popcorn maker and fold it gently through the hot dulce de leche, scraping the base and sides well so every piece is coated.
Heat for about 20 seconds at 600 W without the lid, then stir gently for 10 to 20 seconds. Leave to cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
