Orange Beet Salad

Method

  1. Set the round knob of the Tupperware Mandoline on 9 and the triangular knob on lock, and fit the straight V-blade insert.

  2. Fix a beet on the food guide and slide it down the blade to cut it into rounds. Repeat with the other beets.

  3. Put the beet slices in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker and pour over the orange juice and salt.

  4. Lock the cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 10 minutes. Let the pressure drop naturally until the red indicator is fully down, about 4 to 6 minutes.

  5. Arrange the greens on plates, top with the beets, walnuts and goat cheese, add the orange wedges and finish with a splash of orange juice if you like.
