Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 500 ml and whisk until evenly combined.

  2. Cover with the MicroCook Pitcher 200 ml turned upside down and microwave for about 5 minutes at 360 W.

  3. Stir, then cook for about 2 minutes more at 360 W.

  4. Leave to cool completely and serve cold with grilled meat, rice or pasta.
