Easy Béarnaise Sauce
A simplified béarnaise: shallots, gherkins and tarragon in a light egg-yolk base, finished with soft butter. The MicroCook Pitcher cooks the base in one-minute steps at medium power, so the yolks thicken without the risk of splitting over a flame.

Peel the shallots and slice them with the gherkins in the Tupperware SpeedyMando set over the MicroCook Pitcher 500 ml. Add the dried herbs and vinegar and stir with a thin silicone spatula.

Pour the hot water into the 500 ml pitcher and sprinkle in the flour, whisking all the time. Add the lightly beaten egg yolks and whisk again.
Season with salt and pepper and cook 4 times for about 1 minute each at 360 W, whisking between each round.
Cut the soft butter into small cubes and whisk it in a few pieces at a time. Serve straight away.
