Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in pieces with the cream in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l for 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes at 360 W. Stir with a flat whisk and divide between 6 glasses.

  2. In the cleaned pitcher, whisk the orange zest and juice, egg yolks, cornflour, liqueur and 40 g (3 tbsp) of the sugar. Leave for 2 minutes, whisk again, then cook for 6 to 7 minutes at 600 W, stirring halfway. Whisk hard and leave to cool uncovered, stirring from time to time.

  3. Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks in the Speedy Chef, adding the rest of the sugar at the end.

  4. Fold the egg whites into the cooled orange cream in two additions with a silicone spatula. Cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds at 360 W, uncovered.

  5. Spoon the orange soufflé cream over the chocolate in the glasses and top with small cubes of gingerbread or crumbled biscuits. Serve warm or cold.
