One-Pan Meat Lasagna
A generous beef and Italian sausage lasagna layered with ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan, made with dry noodles that cook in the sauce. The meat browns in the Stack Cooker in the microwave, and the Ultra Pro lasagna pan goes from microwave to oven, which shortens the baking time and saves a separate pan.

Ingredients
Method
Put the beef, sausage meat and onion in the colander of the Tupperware Stack Cooker and set it over the 1 3/4 qt (1.5 l) casserole. Cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
In a medium bowl, mix the cooked meat with the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and salt to make about 8 cups (2 l) of meat sauce.
Heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Toss the mozzarella and Parmesan together in a medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl. In another bowl, mix the ricotta with the eggs.
Spread 2 cups (480 ml) meat sauce in the base of the Tupperware Ultra Pro lasagna pan. Lay 4 noodles on top, spread with 1 cup ricotta mixture, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese mixture and cover with 2 cups sauce. Repeat these layers twice, finishing with sauce, and keep the remaining cheese for later.
Cover the pan and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 20 minutes.
Take off the cover, scatter the reserved cheese over the top, then bake for 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered, until the noodles are tender. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
