
Raspberry and Whipped Cream Pastries
Light pastries made from caramelised puff pastry triangles sandwiched with whipped cream and fresh raspberries. The Croissants Party cuts the pastry into 8 equal wedges, which bake flat and split cleanly into a base and a lid.

Method
Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
Unroll the pastry on the Tupperware Croissants Party, large-croissant side up, and cut it along the guides into 8 triangles.
Arrange the triangles on a lined baking tray, dust them with icing sugar and bake for about 13 minutes.
While still warm, slice each triangle in half horizontally with a bread knife, then leave to cool.
Whip the cream until it holds soft peaks, add the icing sugar and whisk again until firm.
Spread the cream over the bottom halves, add a few raspberries and cover with the top halves.
