Balsamic Cucumber Salad

A quick no-cook salad of cucumber and red onion with grape tomatoes, feta and balsamic dressing. The Mandoline does the slicing: a medium setting for the cucumber and the thinnest one for the onion, so its flavour stays mild.

In brief Balsamic Cucumber Salad is a sides recipe cooked in the Tupperware Mandoline. It takes 15 minutes in total and serves 6 servings.
