Coconut and Chocolate Bars

A homemade take on coconut chocolate bars: desiccated coconut cooked with sweetened condensed milk, pressed into shape and coated in dark chocolate. Everything cooks in the MicroCook Pitcher, and the Snack Party turns the sticky coconut into neat bars in one press.

Method

  1. Mix the coconut and condensed milk in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l and microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 W.

  2. Press the mixture into the Tupperware Snack Party, turn the bars out straight away and refrigerate them.

  3. Wash and dry the pitcher, add the chocolate and microwave for about 2 minutes at 360 W. Leave for 1 minute, then stir; if needed, heat again in 30-second bursts at 360 W.

  4. Brush a thick layer of chocolate over the cold bars with the Tupperware silicone brush and chill for about 30 minutes.

  5. Turn the bars over, coat the other side with the remaining chocolate and chill for another 30 minutes.
