  1. Cut the salmon into pieces and chop it with salt and pepper in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra.

  2. Sprinkle half the breadcrumbs into the cavities of the Tupperware Snack Party. Add the salmon, pack it down with the pusher, cover with the rest of the breadcrumbs and press again.

  3. Turn the bars out carefully, sliding a thin silicone spatula underneath.

  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bars for 2 minutes on each side. Serve with mashed potatoes, fresh pasta or a green salad.
