
Crispy Cod and Parmesan Fingers
Homemade fish fingers made from finely chopped cod with garlic, onion and parsley, coated in breadcrumbs and parmesan. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra prepares the fish mixture, and the Snack Party mould shapes even bars that hold together in the pan.

Method
Cut the cod into pieces. Peel the garlic and onion and pick the parsley leaves. Chop everything finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra.
In the Tupperware 1 l mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan. Sprinkle half of it over the base of the Tupperware Snack Party mould.
Fill the cavities with the cod mixture, press it down, cover with the rest of the crumb and press again.
Turn the Snack Party over and carefully release the fingers.
Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan and cook the fingers for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, turning once. Season with salt and pepper just before serving.
