Frozen Strawberry Kiwi Mojito
A frozen mojito built from two fruit ices, strawberry and kiwi-mint, shaved into fluffy flakes and finished with a quick mint syrup. The SuperSonic Chopper purées the fruit, the Micro Pitcher makes the syrups in the microwave and the Grate Master with its ice shaver cone turns the frozen purées into snow.

Ingredients
Method
In the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 2 cups (500 ml), stir 1 cup (240 ml) of the water with 1/4 cup (50 g) of the sugar. Microwave at full power (1000 W) for 45 seconds, until the sugar dissolves, and set aside.
Put the strawberries and half of this syrup in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade, close and pull the cord until puréed. Pour into a Tupperware Freeze-It medium shallow container.
Rinse the chopper, then purée the kiwis with the rest of the syrup and 4 mint leaves the same way. Pour into a second freezer container. Freeze both purées for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
For the mint syrup, stir the remaining 1/4 cup (60 ml) water, 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar and 4 mint leaves in the Micro Pitcher and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 45 seconds. Refrigerate until needed.
Take the containers out of the freezer and leave them for 10 minutes. Break each fruit ice into 2- to 3-inch (5 to 8 cm) pieces with a butter knife.
Fit the Tupperware Grate Master with the ice shaver cone. Feed the strawberry pieces 2 or 3 at a time into the hopper, turning the handle, and catch the shaved ice in a bowl. Shave the kiwi ice into a separate bowl.
Divide the strawberry ice between two glasses and top with the kiwi ice. Pour half of the mint syrup and half of the rum, if using, into each glass and serve at once.
